Meta Business Partner
SentLogic operates as an approved Meta Business Partner. Our integration with Instagram's Messaging API is fully sanctioned by Meta — your account safety is never at risk.
AES-256 Encryption at Rest
All data stored on SentLogic infrastructure — including your knowledge base, conversation history, and account details — is encrypted using AES-256, the same standard used by banks and governments.
TLS 1.3 in Transit
Every connection between your browser, our servers, and the Instagram API is protected by TLS 1.3 — the latest and most secure transport layer protocol — ensuring data cannot be intercepted in transit.
Data Handling & Retention
We collect only the data necessary to operate the service. Retention depends on the type of data: your account data is kept while your account exists, follower conversations are deleted after 24 months of inactivity, and a disconnected Instagram account's conversation history is deleted after 90 days. You can request deletion of your data at any time. We never sell your data to third parties.
GDPR & CCPA Readiness
SentLogic is designed with privacy regulations in mind. We support data subject access requests (DSAR) and right to erasure in compliance with GDPR (EU) and CCPA (California). A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is available on request.
