SentLogic operates as an approved Meta Business Partner. Our integration with Instagram's Messaging API is fully sanctioned by Meta — your account safety is never at risk.
AES-256 Encryption at Rest
All data stored on SentLogic infrastructure — including your knowledge base, conversation history, and account details — is encrypted using AES-256, the same standard used by banks and governments.
TLS 1.3 in Transit
Every connection between your browser, our servers, and the Instagram API is protected by TLS 1.3 — the latest and most secure transport layer protocol — ensuring data cannot be intercepted in transit.
Data Handling & Retention
We collect only the data necessary to operate the service. Conversation data is retained for 90 days by default. You can request deletion of your data at any time. We never sell your data to third parties.
GDPR & CCPA Readiness
SentLogic is designed with privacy regulations in mind. We support data subject access requests (DSAR), right to erasure, and data portability in compliance with GDPR (EU) and CCPA (California). A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is available on request.
